There is an MCQ-based examination after each module (total 3 modules) and one final exam from all the modules together, which is again in MCQ-based format. For each exam (module-wise and final), the participant has to secure at least 50% to complete the course and receive the completion certificates. 

What certifications will I receive upon completion of the Medigrad’s Fellowship in Medical Emergencies?
Upon completion of the medical emergencies fellowship program from Medigrad, successful participants will be awarded with 2 certifications-
(i) Fellowship in Medical Emergencies from Medigrad (Singapore) with The CPD Standards (UK) accreditation
(ii) Fellowship in Medical Emergencies from The CPD Standards (UK) – with 60 CPD hours
Both the certificates will be issued online and original hardcopy will be sent through post, are valid for lifetime and are verifiable online.

Can I pursue the Medigrad’s Fellowship in Medical Emergencies while working at my current medical practice?
Yes, the medical emergencies fellowship course is designed to accommodate working professionals, offering flexibility in scheduling with e-learning modules. Also, the practical training is optional, making it convenient for the participants to manage their ongoing medical practice.

Can I submit my certificate at a later date after enrolment into an online neonatal fellowship program or can I enroll by providing my provisional certificates?
Certificates are a proof of your educational credentials that will be required for the enrolment. However, in case of any difficulty you may give a written undertaking to that effect for providing the certificates within the stipulated time frame.

What is the procedure after enrolment into the Medigrad’s Fellowship Course in Medical Emergencies?

Is fellowship recognized by MCI?
The medical council has no jurisdiction over any programme delivered via online or blended learning platforms. These online fellowship courses are not intended to be a substitute for formal medical education or specialization. Nonetheless, it seeks to provide doctors with the knowledge and tools they need to support and improve their patient care skills.

Can Indian foreign medical graduates apply for the Medigrad’s Fellowship in Medical Emergencies?
Indian foreign medical graduates first need to clear FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination), i.e. a screening test for international medical graduates to be eligible to obtain the registration certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) & practice medicine in the country. Once the registration certificate is obtained, the Indian foreign medical graduate can apply for Medigrad’s Medical Emergencies Fellowship Course in India.
