Eating healthy is a very essential part of our lifestyle that governs health. The diet we eat directly governs overall health as a vital factor. The use of sugar and salt has increased manifolds which, as known, is detrimental to human health. The modern diet has caused people to be unhealthy, overweight and prone to diseases because of:-

- Consumption of Sodas / Preserved Fruit Juices
- Increased intake of calories in the form of fried preserved food along with processed food.
