- Submission of a fully completed application form, along with required educational documents and initial fee payment, is necessary for processing your application for course activation.
- Admission will be cancelled and fees will not be refunded in case of providing false information or forged documents.
- Medigrad reserves the right to update course curriculum and content without prior notice.
- Pogram will be considered completed and a certificate will be awarded on successful completion of module exams, final exam, and hospital training (if applicable).
- Hospital training will be scheduled based on seat availability and conducted in batches.
- Re-examination fees will be applicable if a student fails to clear an exam.
- All payments must be made online through our website’s payment portal or through bank transfer/UPI into Medigrad’s account.
- Accounts will be suspended if inactive for 30 days after course activation or if pending payments exist. Reactivation fees may apply.
- Course completion certificate signifies participation in a non-credit program and does not substitute formal qualifications.
- Completion or certification cannot be guaranteed after the access time expires. Reactivation or extension fees may apply.
- Medigrad shall strive to offer uninterrupted service, but unforeseen circumstances may cause temporary disruptions. Students will receive a complimentary course extension for any disruptions caused by Medigrad.
- Along with the enrollment of applicable programs, a complimentary Apple iPad (A16, 11th Generation) would be given along with the study material.
- Delivery of iPad to eligible candidates will be done within 3 weeks of enrollment with the complete fee submission as applicable.
- iPad once delivered would not be exchanged or replaced. Maintenance, safety and usage of iPad would be the sole responsibility of the candidate. The iPad becomes the doctor’s personal property upon delivery and may be used for both personal and professional purposes. Medigrad will not be responsible for how the device is used after delivery. Any misuse, illegal activity, or violation of privacy, data protection, or content laws using the iPad is solely the responsibility of the doctor. By accepting the iPad, the doctor agrees to use it responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and professional standards.
